Myron Metzger has extensive experience in Sales and Marketing and has been an entrepreneur for most of his business life.

He began his sales career in 1965, after attending the Fashion Institute of Technology, majoring in Textile Sales and Administration.  He spent 15 years with Elastic Corporation of America, a manufacturer of narrow fabrics and textiles, for the apparel and industrial markets.  He was appointed Vice President of Sales and Marketing and was responsible for developing a national sales force marketing new products.

In 1980, Myron formed his own company, Unispec Industries, a sales, marketing and distribution company for apparel and industrial markets, building it to over  $10 million in revenue. 

Myron joined American Marketing in 1991 when he became involved with the Sports Celebrity Incentives division. He was instrumental in obtaining licensing arrangements with National Football League Properties, while obtaining commitments from NFL Properties for over $1 million in advertising revenue.  He was involved in developing diverse opportunities for NFL Properties, utilizing psychographic and demographic studies, to enhance their databases for future cross promotions and new marketing programs.

Myron was a founder of  SMARTIX INTERNATIONAL LLC.  He was part of the team of  SMARTIX  in it’s effort to develop a ticketing platform,  utilizing Smart Card technology, focusing on sports and entertainment.  Myron was instrumental in obtaining $10 million in funding while he and his associates negotiated agreements with companies for new and emerging technologies, for their own use, and for SMARTIX clients such as MasterCard International’s sports sponsorships in Major League Baseball and other areas  in the entertainment field.

As an integral member of the executive team, Myron is currently supporting and consulting for MPS Remedy, Inc., a premiere client  that markets medical practice management software and solutions.  He oversees strategic planning and global expansion.  He is responsible for soliciting new business alliances as well as negotiating contracts with strategic partners.
